Hi, I'm Andi Stewart.

I'm a professional engineer by training, a strategist by nature, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people figure out complicated things.

Before A2 Achieve became what it is today, I spent years working in environments where the problems were complex, the stakes were high, and there was rarely a simple answer.

My job was to understand the entire situation, identify the risks and opportunities, ask the right questions, organize enormous amounts of information, and turn it all into a practical path forward.

Eventually I realized something:

That's exactly how I approach college planning and career strategy.

There isn't one formula that works for every student.

A student with a 34 ACT applying to architecture needs a different strategy than a student with a 22 ACT pursuing nursing.

A student who knows exactly what career she wants needs something different than a student who doesn't know what she wants to study.

A first-generation applicant may need different support than a family that has been through the process several times.

A student targeting highly selective universities needs a different risk analysis than someone whose priority is maximizing merit aid.

The job is not to push every student toward the same outcome.

The job is to figure out what success looks like for this student.

And then build a plan..

A2 Achieve stands for:

Then do the work required to get there.

That's the philosophy behind every A2 Achieve service.

Students don't need to be manufactured into applicants.

They need to be understood.

Parents shouldn't have to become admissions experts overnight.

They need a strategy they can trust.

College lists shouldn't come from rankings alone.

They should come from fit, opportunity, goals and reality.

And good coaching shouldn't make a student more dependent on a coach.

It should help that student become more confident making decisions.

Engineering taught me to look for what other people might miss.

Where is the risk?

What assumption are we making?

What happens downstream?

What data do we actually have?

What information is missing?

What's the best path based on the constraints?

Those same questions are incredibly useful when evaluating college admissions, scholarships and career decisions.
