The A2 Achieve Resume Process

1. Submit Your Current Resume or Questionnaire

If you already have a resume, use the Working Resume link below to copy/paste. Additional instructions are provided in the link. If you’re starting from scratch, no worries! Just leave the Working Resume link blank and fill out the A2IS Resume Questionnaire linked below that. The questionnaire is designed to help you organize your experience, education, and skills. Even if you were able to copy/paste something into the Working Resume link, fill out any non-redundant fields in the questionnaire.

2. Drafting Your “Working Resume”

Using your existing resume and/or questionnaire responses, I'll build your Working Resume. This is your master document, a living record of all your professional experience, education, training, and achievements. Think of it as your personal career archive. Keep this version updated as you grow and evolve professionally.

3. Your Turn to Review

Once I finish, I’ll send the Working Resume back to you for review. This takes approximately 2-3 business days, but can happen much sooner. This is your opportunity to fill in any gaps, correct inaccuracies, and add anything we might have missed. It’s important that this document feels true to you, because it is!

4. Finalizing the Working Resume

Once you’ve made your edits, I’ll incorporate them into a polished version of your Working Resume for your personal files.

5. Creating Your Targeted Resume

Based on our initial consultation and your career goals, I’ll use the content from your Working Resume to craft a Final Resume tailored for the roles or industries you’re pursuing. This takes another 2-3 business days, but again, can happen much sooner.

6. Review & Proof

I'll send you a draft of your Final Resume to review. Please check it carefully and share any feedback or corrections.

7. Final Delivery

Once all edits are approved, I'll do a final proofread and deliver your completed resume in PDF and/or Word format, ready for job applications, networking, or wherever your next chapter takes you!

*Depending on the package you choose, the final delivery may not be the actual final step. From here, I can teach you how to modify your Working and Final resumes to fit each job you apply for.
