Uplift: Her Future

Uplift: Her Future - A Community Initiative

Who This Is For

Uplift: Her Future is designed exclusively for JUG and Delta Omega senior girls in Decatur.

Many of these young women have already made a meaningful impact in our community — as babysitters, camp counselors, mentors, teammates, and role models for younger students. This initiative is a way to recognize that contribution and support them as they prepare for what comes next.

A2 Achieve wants to lift up girls who lift up others.

What It Is

This spring, A2 Achieve is offering free, one-on-one resume sessions for JUG and Delta Omega seniors.

Each student may choose one focus area for her session:

  • Sorority recruitment resumes
  • Basic resumes for jobs, activities, leadership, and service
  • Honors college or special program application resumes

Sessions are:

  • 20–30 minutes, one-on-one
  • Scheduled flexibly (individual sign-ups or a dedicated sorority day)
  • Supported by a brief online intake form and headshot submitted in advance

Following the session, each student will receive her completed resume within one week.

There is no cost and no obligation. This initiative is purely a community service offering.

Why We Created It

Uplift: Her Future was created out of gratitude, pride, and a deep belief in community.

Over the years, many JUG and Delta Omega seniors have played meaningful roles in my family’s life — particularly for my daughter — and have shown up as thoughtful, capable, and generous young leaders. As a local mom, small business owner, and longtime Decatur resident, I wanted to give something back to girls who have already given so much of themselves.

This project is about more than resumes. It’s about helping students feel seen, supported, and confident as they step into their next phase — whether that’s college, recruitment, work, or leadership opportunities.

Great outcomes don’t come from pressure or templates. They come from clarity, encouragement, and knowing someone believes in you. Uplift: Her Future exists to provide exactly that.

About A2 Achieve

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Andi Stewart — a local mom, professional engineer, and college and career coach. Like many families here, Decatur is home for me. I graduated from Decatur High School, went on to attend the University of Miami (Go Canes!), and spent more than a decade building my career in Miami before returning home. I even married a boy I met back in middle school at Oak Park, which still makes us both smile.

Professionally, my background is in engineering, leadership, and problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve worked in both private industry and government, including more than 17 years with the U.S. Army on Redstone Arsenal. Today, I work as a senior project manager for a nationally recognized environmental firm, where I help lead complex, high-stakes projects. While the work itself can be technical, the core of my job has always been the same: take complicated situations, figure out what actually matters, and build clear, practical paths forward.

That skill set is exactly what I bring to college admissions and career coaching.

For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with students across the country, helping them navigate college planning, applications, and major transitions with confidence and intention. For a long time, I limited my coaching practice to a small number of students each year and intentionally avoided working in my hometown. This year, after encouragement from several local moms, I changed that — and I’m so glad I did. I expanded my practice and welcomed students from Decatur, and they absolutely blew me away.

Today, through A2 Achieve, I use systems thinking, strategic planning, and real-world experience to help students and professionals tell their stories clearly and authentically. Whether we’re mapping a student’s path to a best-fit college or helping someone reposition their resume during a career pivot, my goal is always the same: to make the process clearer, more empowering, and far less overwhelming.

I believe great outcomes don’t come from templates or pressure. They come from understanding who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there with confidence.

Recruitment Resumes

For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with young women to develop clear, confident sorority recruitment resumes that reflect who they truly are — beyond grades and activity lists.

This graphic illustrates just a few of the colleges and universities where students have successfully used A2 Achieve recruitment resumes during the sorority recruitment process. These resumes help chapters quickly understand a student’s involvement, leadership, service, and character, and allow each young woman to present herself with clarity and confidence.

Recruitment can feel overwhelming, especially when students are unsure how to communicate their experiences in a concise, meaningful way. A well-structured resume doesn’t change who a student is — it simply ensures her strengths are seen and understood.

Every student has a story worth telling. Our role is to help her tell it well.

Why Resumes Matter

I often say that a strategic resume and strong reference letters don’t just support a college application — they shape it. They help admissions officers quickly understand who a student is beyond grades and test scores, and why she belongs on their campus.

To show how effective this process is, we’re proud to share the Early Action and Early Decision acceptances our A2 Achieve students have already received for Fall 2026.

What’s especially meaningful is that many of these students are not “perfect on paper.” They aren’t all straight-A, perfect-score applicants. Yet they are thoughtful leaders, committed volunteers, teammates, mentors, and creators — and their resumes tell that story clearly and confidently.

Some of our most competitive outcomes, including Ivy League and highly selective programs, have come from students whose strengths weren’t immediately obvious in a transcript alone. Through strategic resume development, we help students articulate their impact, leadership, and character in a way that admissions committees can truly see.

Every student has greatness within her. The challenge is learning how to communicate it. That’s what we help students do — and we couldn’t be prouder of the results.

What's Next?

First, decide whether Uplift: Her Future feels like a good fit. If so, simply reach out and we can get started right away.

From here, we’ll choose a format that works best:

  • Reserve a weekend day or evening just for your club where girls schedule back-to-back one-on-one sessions as a group, or
  • Open a flexible schedule that allows girls to select their own appointment times based on my availability, or
  • A combination of both!

All scheduling and sign-ups can be handled through my website to keep the process simple.

Location options are also flexible and can include:

  • Someone’s home
  • My home (I have a separate office space with a sofa, chairs, and multiple workstations)
  • A local business or community space
  • I can also rent our neighborhood clubhouse in Pointe Mallard Estates

I’m also open to other ideas that work well for your group.

My goal is to make this experience easy, comfortable, and supportive. These girls have given so much to our community and I want to celebrate them with this free opportunity.

All my best,

Andi Stewart
